Shipping & Delivery

Most items are shipped within one business day after purchase, however in some cases items can take up to 4 business days to ship. If there is a case where shipping time will be delayed the customer will be contacted and made aware, in which case the order can be handled accordingly. Items are shipped via UPS in most cases, smaller items may be shipped via USPS.

Customers will receive a shipping conformation along with a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

Please contact us immediately if an error occurs while processing and filling your order. We will resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. You can call during our regular business hours 8AM-5PM Eastern time for any help you may need.

Please contact the responsible carrier immediately upon receipt and inspection of goods to initiate a claim, should damage occur during transit.

We may assist you with the claim process depending upon the method of shipment.

You can update or change your shipping address, password, and personal information all through the account tab on the website. All acount information can be updated through the "Account" tab on the website as long as you have a registered account!

The SSL Cetificate is displayed on the website at all time letting the buyer know all personal information is fully confidental and encrypt. To double-check for security, look at the URL or Location line of your browser, f you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from "http" to "https."

Returns & Replacements

Sould there ever be a need to return an item RECO will be happy to work with you. If you receive an item that is defective in any way RECO will issue you a full refund or replacement after the item has been returned.

Returning the items is the buyers responsibility as is returned shipping cost. Returns must be received within 15 days after the item has been received by the buyer for RECO's return policy to be honored.

There may also be a re-stocking fee for returned items.

If an item ever arrives damaged in shipment a claim should be opened with the carrier, RECO will be happy to assist with the claim as stated in the shipping/delivery policy.

All orders can be viewed through the "my account" tab located at the top of the website.
